The Shifts page is where you start and stop your work time. When a shift is scheduled for you, it shows up here with a Clock In button. Tap it when you start, take breaks as you need them, and Clock Out when you’re done. Your times then go in for your manager to review.
You don’t have to do any math. The page keeps a live timer while you’re clocked in and adds up your total time and breaks for you.

Find your shifts

1

Open the Shifts page

Go to My Shifts from the main navigation. Every shift you’ve finished, are working now, or have coming up lives here.
2

Pick a tab

Use the Today, All, and Completed tabs at the top to narrow the list. Today is the quickest way to find the shift you’re about to start.
Can’t spot a shift? Use the search box to find it by client or job name.
Each shift carries a status label so you always know where it stands:
  • Upcoming — scheduled, not started yet.
  • In Progress — you’re clocked in right now.
  • Pending Approval — you’ve clocked out and it’s waiting for a manager.
  • Approved — signed off and final.

Clock in

Find the Upcoming shift you’re starting and press Clock In. The shift flips to In Progress and a running timer appears, counting up from the moment you clocked in. That’s your confirmation the clock is going.

Take a break

While you’re clocked in, press Start Break to pause your work time. The card switches to a break timer so you can see how long you’ve been on break. When you’re ready to get back to work, press End Break. Your shift timer picks back up, and the break is recorded separately so your worked time stays accurate.
You can take more than one break in a shift. Each one is tracked on its own.

Switch to another shift

If you have more than one shift today and you’re moving straight from one to the next, press Switch Shift instead of clocking out and back in.
1

Press Switch Shift

On your in-progress shift, choose Switch Shift. A Select from upcoming shifts window opens with your other shifts for the day.
2

Pick the next shift

Tap the shift you’re moving to. Each one shows its time and address so you pick the right one.
3

Confirm

Press Clock In to switch. This automatically clocks you out of your current shift and starts the new one in a single step.
If there are no other shifts left for the day, the window will tell you — there’s nothing to switch to, so just clock out normally.

Clock out

When you finish, press Clock Out. The shift moves to Pending Approval and goes in for your manager to review and sign off. After clocking out you’ll see a clear START and END time for the shift, plus your Total Time for the day.

Fix your times before approval

Clocked in late, forgot to end a break, or missed a clock-out? While a shift is Pending Approval you can correct it.
1

Open the shift

On a Pending Approval shift, press Edit Shift.
2

Adjust the times

Tap the START or END time to open the time picker. Set the hour, minute, and AM/PM — or use the Quick Select buttons for :00, :15, :30, and :45 — then press Apply.
3

Fix breaks if needed

Under Shift Breaks, press Add to log a break you forgot, or the trash icon to remove one. Set each break’s start and end time the same way.
4

Say what changed

Add a short Shift change note explaining the edit (for example, “started 10 minutes late”). This note is required.
5

Submit

Press Submit Changes. Your updated times go back in for approval, with the Total Time recalculated for you.
The page won’t let you submit times that don’t add up — an end time before a start time, or a break that falls outside your shift — so you can’t accidentally save something impossible.
