The Jobs page is your home base for every job at your branch. From here you can see each job’s status at a glance, find the one you’re looking for, and jump straight to whatever needs doing next — assigning a crew lead, reviewing a plan, or scheduling the work. You’ll find it as Jobs in the main navigation. The heading at the top reads Jobs, with a short reminder underneath: View job info, status, and any action items.

Read the jobs list

By default the page shows your jobs in a table. Each row is one job, with these columns:
  • Client — the client the job belongs to. Click anywhere on the row to open the job’s project page, where its details, plan, and forms live.
  • Project — the project the job is part of.
  • Project Tags — the tags applied to the job’s project, shown as labels, or a dash if the project has none. A tag that’s since been deactivated appears dimmed.
  • Assigned To — the crew lead responsible for the job, or a dash if no one is assigned yet.
  • Sales Person — the person who created the job’s estimate, or a dash if none is linked.
  • Created — the date the job was created.
  • Updated At — the last time anything on the job changed.
  • Status — where the job is in its lifecycle (see below).
  • Work Area — the areas of the property the job covers, shown as tags.
  • Actions — a three-dot menu with shortcuts for that job.
The list shows the jobs for your current branch. Cancelled jobs are hidden by default — switch to the Cancelled tab (or add it as a status filter) to see them.

Understand job status

Every job carries a Status that tells you where it is in the process — from Requires Crew Lead when it’s first created, through planning, scheduling, and production, to Closed Job or Cancelled. For what each status means and how a job moves between them, see Job status lifecycle. The tabs across the top of the list — starting with All Jobs — let you jump to a single status, and each tab shows a count so you can see how many jobs sit in each stage.

Change a job’s status

If you have permission, the Status cell is a dropdown. Open it on the job’s row and pick a new status. A confirmation appears (Status updated) once the change saves. Moving a job back to Requires Crew Lead asks you to confirm first, because it permanently deletes the job’s plan and the crew’s logged hours — the status only changes once you choose Delete plan and hours.
The dropdown lets you set the job to any status, so move it deliberately. If you don’t have permission to change status, the status simply shows as a colored tag instead of a dropdown.

Find a specific job

There are a few ways to narrow the list down.
1

Search by name

Use the search box at the top left — it reads Type a name… — and start typing. The list filters as you type.
2

Filter by status or date

Open the filters to narrow by Status (pick one or more), by Crew Lead, Sales Person, or Work Area, or by date — Date Created, Closed Date, or Updated At. These stack with search, so you can combine them.
3

Use the status tabs

For a quick cut, click a status tab at the top of the list (for example Pending Review) to see only the jobs in that stage.
You can sort the table by clicking a column header — for example, sort by Created or Updated At to bring the newest or most recently touched jobs to the top.

Switch between table and map

In the top right of the list there’s a view toggle. Switch to the map view to see your jobs plotted by location instead of listed in a table. Click any pin to see a quick summary — project, phone, email, and branch — with a link to the job’s project page. Switch back to the table view at any time; your search and filters carry over.

Jump to the next action

Every row ends with an Actions menu (the three-dot button). It has View Project to open the job’s project page and Media Gallery for its photos and media. When the next step lives somewhere else, the menu adds it at the top: Review Plan for a job in Pending Review, or Schedule Job for a job in Requires Scheduling.
You can also click anywhere on a job’s row to jump straight to its project page.
On phones, each job card has a button for its next step (Assign Crew Lead, Review Plan, Schedule Job, or View Profile) with the same three-dot menu beside it.
