The forms themselves are built by Admins in Settings and assigned to branches, so the picker shows the active forms for your branch. If the list is empty, see Forms or ask an Admin to set one up.

Open the Forms tab
1
Open the job
Click a job on the Jobs list. It opens the client’s project page on the Overview tab.
2
Switch to Forms
Click the Forms tab in the row of tabs across the top of the project. This is where every form for the job lives — the ones still to be done and the ones already completed.
Fill out a form
When no forms have been completed yet, the page shows No forms have been completed yet with a prompt to Choose a form below to get started.1
Choose a form
Click Select Form and pick the form you need from the list. If the menu reads No forms available, there are no forms set up for your branch yet — see Forms.
2
Answer the fields
The form opens in a window. Work through the fields — they can be short text answers, longer notes, numbers, dates, dropdown choices, checkboxes, email addresses, and photo uploads. Required fields must be answered before you can save.
3
Save it
Click the save button at the bottom of the form. You’ll see a Form submitted confirmation, and the form moves into the completed list on the page.
Review completed forms
Once a form is done, it appears as a card under Completed Forms. Each card shows the form’s name, who completed it (Created By), and the Date it was filled in. If a job has many completed forms, use the page controls at the bottom to move between pages.Edit a completed form
Need to fix an answer or add something you missed? You can reopen any completed form.1
Open it for editing
On the form’s card, click the pencil button. The form reopens with your earlier answers already filled in.
2
Make your changes and save
Update whatever you need, then save. Your edits replace the earlier version.
Delete a completed form
If a form was filled in by mistake, you can remove it — when your role allows it. Cards you’re allowed to delete show a trash button.1
Click the trash button
On the form’s card, click the trash button.
2
Confirm
A dialog asks you to confirm. Click Delete Form to remove it for good, or Cancel to keep it.
Deleting a completed form can’t be undone. If you only need to correct an answer, edit the form instead.
