The Jobs page is your pipeline. Every job your branch is working on lives here, and each row tells you where that job stands and what it needs next. From this one screen you can search for a job, narrow the list by status or date, view jobs on a map, and click straight through to the next step.
The Jobs page opens with a short reminder right under the title: “View job info, status, and any action items.” That’s exactly what this page is for.

Open the Jobs page

1

Go to Jobs

Choose Jobs from the main navigation. The page loads with your branch’s jobs already listed.
2

Read the list

Each job shows its Client and Project, the Project Tags applied to that project, who it’s Assigned To, the Sales Person who created its estimate, when it was Created, when it was last Updated, its Status, the Work Area tags, and an Actions menu with shortcuts for that job.
3

Scan the project tags

The Project Tags column shows the labels on each job’s project so you can spot at a glance which need a deposit, a permit, and so on. It shows the first couple of tags and then a +2-style counter for any beyond that, or a dash when the project has no tags. A tag that’s been deactivated still shows here but appears dimmed.

Find a specific job

Use the search box at the top left. It reads “Type a name…” — start typing a job name and the list narrows as you go.
Search and filters work together. If you filter by status first and then search, you’re searching within that filtered set.

Filter by status

There are two ways to focus on the jobs you care about.

Status tabs

Across the top of the list you’ll find a row of tabs. All Jobs shows everything, and each remaining tab matches one status — with a count next to it so you can see how many jobs sit in each stage at a glance. Click a tab to show only those jobs. There’s one tab per status, in the order a job moves through the pipeline — from Requires Crew Lead through to Closed Job, plus Cancelled. For what each status means, see Job status lifecycle.

Filters panel

For more control, open the filters panel on the list. It has several sections:
  • Status — pick one or more statuses at once to build a custom view (for example, everything that’s In Production or Pending Payment).
  • Crew Lead — show only jobs led by a particular crew lead.
  • Sales Person — show only jobs whose estimate was created by a particular sales person.
  • Work Area — show only jobs that cover the work areas you pick.
  • Date Created — choose a date range to show only jobs created in that window. The control reads “Select date range.”
  • Closed Date — narrow to jobs closed within a date range.
  • Updated At — narrow to jobs last updated within a date range.
By default the list hides Cancelled jobs so your pipeline stays focused on active work. Choose the Cancelled tab, or select it in the Status filter, when you need to see them.

Change a job’s status

If your role lets you manage jobs, the Status column shows a dropdown instead of a plain label. Click it and pick a new status to move the job along the pipeline. The change shows immediately, and the job’s tab count and Actions menu update to match. Moving a job back to Requires Crew Lead asks you to confirm first, because it permanently deletes the job’s plan and the crew’s logged hours — the status only changes once you choose Delete plan and hours.
The dropdown lists every status, and anyone who can manage jobs can set the job to any of them — there’s no enforced order, so use it deliberately. If your role is view-only, the status appears as a colored label with no dropdown.

Jump to the next action

Every row ends with an Actions menu (the three-dot button). It has View Project to open the job’s project page and Media Gallery for its photos and media. When the next step lives somewhere else, the menu adds it at the top: Review Plan for a job in Pending Review, or Schedule Job for a job in Requires Scheduling.
You can also click anywhere on a job’s row to jump straight to its project page — no need to hunt for the right screen.
On phones, each job card lists the project’s tags when it has any, and has a button for its next step (Assign Crew Lead, Review Plan, Schedule Job, or View Profile) with the same three-dot menu beside it.

Switch to the map

In the top right of the list, a toggle lets you flip between Table and Map. Choose Map to see your jobs plotted by location. Click any pin to open a popup with the Project, Phone, Email, and Branch, plus a View Project Summary link that opens the job’s project page. The map respects whatever search, status, and date filters you’ve set, so you’re always looking at the same set of jobs — just on a map instead of in a list.
As you pan and zoom, the map reloads the pins for the area you’re looking at, so you only see jobs in the current view.

Sort and arrange the list

Click a sortable column heading — Created, Updated At, or Status — to sort by it, and click again to reverse the order. Your chosen sort and column arrangement are remembered, so the list looks the way you left it next time you come back.

What’s next

Build a plan

Open a job in Plans In Progress and lay out the crew, equipment, and work for the day.

Submit and approve a plan

Move a Pending Review job forward by reviewing and approving its plan.

Assign a crew lead

Clear a Requires Crew Lead job by assigning the crew lead who’ll own it.

Reopen or cancel a job

Bring a closed job back, or cancel one that’s no longer going ahead.
