A Win Post is a celebration you share in a Win group’s feed when something good happens — a new sale closes, your crew saves hours on a job, or someone unlocks a badge. Instead of writing it from scratch, you pick the win and let AI draft a friendly, ready-to-share post. You stay in control: review the wording, tweak it, add a GIF, and post when it looks right.
You don’t have to write anything. AI turns the win into a post for you — your job is to pick the right win and make sure it reads the way you want before you share it.
AI win posts are only available in Win groups. Communication groups don’t show Use AI. If a group should support win posts, an Admin can switch its type — see Manage groups.

Start a win post

Open a Win group

Under Groups in the side navigation, click a Win group to open its feed. The box at the top — where it says “Share a win, shout out a teammate” — is where new posts begin. If the box says “Share an update, ask a question, or start a discussion” instead, you’re in a Communication group and Use AI isn’t available there.

Click Use AI

In the row of buttons under the post box, click Use AI (look for the sparkle icon). On a phone, tap the + button and choose Use AI from the menu. This opens the Create Win Post window.
The post box also has Gif and Media buttons if you’d rather write a post by hand. Use AI is the fastest way to celebrate a specific win that the system already knows about.

Walk through the window

The Create Win Post window moves through three steps. The buttons at the bottom — Back and Continue (or Review Post and Share Post on later steps) — carry you forward and back.

Step 1 — Pick a win to celebrate

The first screen, Create Win Post, shows a list of recent wins that haven’t been posted yet. Each win appears as a card with:
  • The win type — New Sale, Job Hours Saved, or Badge Unlocked.
  • The customer or job it relates to, and the headline number (the sale amount or the hours saved) in green.
  • The teammates involved, shown with their names and photos.
  • The date the win happened.
To narrow the list, use the All Wins dropdown at the top to show only one type — for example, just New Sale wins. Click the win you want to celebrate so it’s highlighted, then click Continue.
If you see “No unposted wins yet,” it just means there’s nothing new to celebrate right now. When your team logs a sale, saves hours on a job, or unlocks a badge, it’ll show up here ready to post.

Step 2 — Add your details

This screen shows the win you picked at the top, then lets you add a personal touch before the AI writes anything.
  • Add a note (optional). Type anything you’d like the post to mention — a shout-out to a teammate, a detail about the job, or the reason this win mattered. The AI works your note into the post. There’s room for a short paragraph.
  • Add Gif. Click Add Gif to search for and pick a GIF to attach. Once added, you can swap it or use Delete Gif to remove it.
When you’re ready, click Review Post. The AI gets to work writing your post.
A note is optional, but it’s the easiest way to make the post feel personal. Mention who deserves credit or what made the win special, and the AI will fold it in.

Step 3 — Review and post

This is the Review & Post screen. You’ll briefly see “Generating post…” while the AI writes, then your draft appears under Generated Post. Here you can:
  • Edit the wording. The draft is fully editable — click into it and change anything you like. Teammate names appear as tags so everyone involved gets credited.
  • Regenerate Post. Not happy with the draft? Click Regenerate Post for a fresh version. Your note and GIF are kept.
  • Add or change the GIF. If you attached a GIF, you can swap or remove it right here.
When the post reads the way you want, click Share Post. Your win goes live in the group’s feed and the window closes.
The AI gives you a head start, not the final word. Always read the draft before sharing — it’s your post, and you can change any of it.

After you post

Once you click Share Post, you’ll see a “Post shared” confirmation and your win appears in the feed for everyone in the group to see, react to, and comment on. The win drops off the “pick a win” list so it won’t get posted twice.
Changed your mind mid-way? Close the window at any time and nothing is posted. Your note, GIF, and selection only get shared when you click Share Post.
