Badges are little awards you earn for doing great work — closing your first deal, racking up five-star reviews, showing up on time, or beating last month’s sales total. They live on your profile, and when you earn one you get a notification announcing it. There’s nothing to set up: badges unlock automatically as you go about your normal work.
You don’t earn badges by clicking anything special. They fire on their own the moment you cross the line — sell an estimate, post a comment, finish a shift — so just keep doing the work and they’ll show up.

Open a profile

Click anyone’s name or avatar anywhere in the app — in the win feed, on the leaderboard, in a comment, or on the schedule. Their profile opens in a side panel.

Open your own profile

Click your own name or avatar the same way. Your profile opens with your recent wins and a Badges section.

Scroll to the Badges section

The Badges section shows the badges you’ve earned in full color. On your own profile, you’ll also see the badges you haven’t earned yet as grayed-out, locked silhouettes — so you can see what’s still up for grabs.
When you look at a teammate’s profile, you only see the badges they’ve actually earned — the locked ones stay private to them. The grayed-out “what’s left to earn” view is just for you, on your own profile.

Open a badge for details

Click any badge in the grid to open its detail view.
  • Earned badges show the full artwork, the badge name, whose profile it’s on, a short description of what it celebrates, and an Unlocked date stamp for when you got it.
  • Locked badges (on your own profile) show a grayed silhouette, the badge name, and the exact criteria to unlock it. When a badge is a counting badge — like “send 25 proposals” — you’ll also see a progress bar and a count such as 18 / 25, so you know exactly how close you are.
Some badges are one-time events rather than a count you build up — like your first bonus or your first sale. Those don’t show a progress bar; they simply unlock the moment the event happens.

How you find out you earned one

When you unlock a badge, Menaia sends you a notification with a short congratulations message. You’ll see it in your notifications, and you can always head to your profile afterward to find the new badge sitting in your Badges section with its Unlocked date.

The counting badges — sending proposals, posting comments, scheduling activities — are the easiest to nudge forward, because every bit of normal work moves the progress bar. Open the badge on your own profile any time to see how many you have left.
A few badges reward your whole branch’s performance rather than one person — like Job Keeper and Full House. Those go to the branch’s operations manager when the branch hits the milestone for the month, so a great month is a team win.

A few things to know

  • Badges unlock automatically. There’s no “claim” step — the moment you meet the criteria, the badge is yours and the notification goes out.
  • Earned badges stay earned. Once you’ve unlocked a badge, it stays on your profile with the date you got it.
  • Monthly badges compare month to month. Sales totals and closing ratios are tallied per calendar month and compared against the month just before — not your all-time best — so a strong month can unlock a badge shortly after it wraps up, even after a slow stretch.
  • Progress is personal. The progress bar on a locked badge reflects your own activity, counting toward your own milestone.
