The Estimates page is your home base. Every estimate you’ve started or finished lives here, and you can search, filter, sort, and reopen any of them. Open it from Estimates in the main navigation.

Switch views: Table, Board, Insights

At the top of the page, view tabs let you look at your estimates three ways:
  • Table — the default list view, described in the rest of this guide.
  • Board — a card-per-estimate board with a column for each status. Each card shows the estimate’s name, price, and the avatar of the person it belongs to. Search, filter, and sort from the top of the board just as you can on the Table. Drag a card into another column to change that estimate’s status right from the board (the usual status rules still apply — for example, moving a signed estimate back to In Progress asks you to start a change order, which removes the signature, and dropping an unsigned estimate into Sold asks you to confirm first), or click a card to open that estimate in the Calculator.
  • Insights — an AI-written read of your estimates: a headline takeaway, a few supporting points, a recommended next action, and a chart. Use New insight to regenerate it from a fresh angle.

Read the list

Each row is one estimate. Depending on your branch’s setup and your role, you’ll see columns like:
  • Estimate Name, Client, and Project
  • Created By and Updated At
  • Address
  • Status (with a color-coded badge)
  • Client Viewed and Sent Date (for proposals)
  • Sold Date (for sold estimates)
  • Proposed Cost
  • Work Areas
  • Client Response — when a customer has replied to a proposal, View Response opens their note
Address, Client Viewed, and Updated At are hidden until you turn them on. On a phone, each estimate shows as a tidy card with the same details and a menu of actions.

Customize the columns

Click Customize View (the sliders icon) at the top of the list to show or hide columns, drag them into a different order, or click Reset to Default to go back to the original layout. You can also drag a column header in the table to move it. See Customize the columns for the full walkthrough.

Jump between status tabs

Above the list, tabs let you narrow to one status at a glance, each with a live count:
  • All
  • In Progress
  • Sold
  • Released
  • Lost
  • Secondary
Tap a tab to show only those estimates. Tap All to clear it. Use the search box at the top — Search by name or address… — to jump straight to an estimate by its estimate name or property address.

Filter

Open the filters to narrow the list further. You can filter by:
  • Sales Member — whose estimates to show (available if you can see the whole branch’s estimates)
  • Work Areas — only estimates that include certain areas
  • Status — pick one or more statuses
  • Date Created, Sold Date, and Sent Date — choose a date range for each
Filters stack, so you can combine them — for example, Sold estimates with a Sold Date in the last month.

Sort

Click the sort button (the up-and-down arrows) at the top of the list to open Sort by, then pick Estimate name, Status, Proposed cost, Sold date, or Updated at. Pick the same option again to flip between ascending and descending, or click Reset to Default to go back to the most recently updated estimates first. Your sort choice and column layout are remembered on that browser and device.

Open an estimate

Click an estimate’s Estimate Name to open it in the Calculator — it’s editable while it’s still In Progress, and read-only in any other status. The Client and Project names are links too: they open the client and the client’s project. For everything else, use the ⋮ quick-actions menu. It sits at the end of each row — and appears next to the estimate name when you hover over it — and it’s the menu on each card on mobile:
  • Edit Estimate / View Estimate — open the estimate in the Calculator (editable while In Progress, view-only otherwise).
  • View Proposal / Preview Proposal — open the proposal (where proposals are enabled).
  • View Project — open the project’s summary (when the estimate has a client and project).
  • Media Gallery — open the project’s media.
  • Delete Estimate — remove the estimate, if your role allows it. Signed estimates can’t be deleted.
If nothing matches your search, tab, or filters, you’ll see No estimates found. Clear the search or loosen a filter to bring estimates back.
