Your Wallet is where you keep an eye on the bonus you’re earning. It rolls up every job that has added to (or subtracted from) your bonus into one running total, and it lists each job so you can see exactly where the number comes from.
The figures in your Wallet are a projection of your current standing, not a final paycheck. They can still move as job-related costs are added, so treat them as a live estimate of where you stand rather than a settled amount.

Go to My Wallet

Open My Wallet from the navigation. The page loads with your numbers already filled in — there’s nothing to set up first.

Read the top three cards

The three cards across the top give you the headline view of your bonus. Everything below them is the job-by-job detail.
The Wallet isn’t switched on for every account. If you don’t see My Wallet in your navigation, it isn’t enabled for you yet — your manager can tell you whether it’s available.

Understand the three cards

The top of the page has three summary cards. Each one is also a quick filter — clicking a card narrows the list below it to match.
  • Total Earnings — your overall projected bonus, shown in green when it’s positive and red when it’s negative. The note underneath (for example, From 24 jobs) tells you how many jobs went into the total.
  • Positive Payouts — how many jobs added bonus. These are the wins that paid out.
  • Bonus Deductions — how many jobs subtracted bonus, labelled Penalties incurred. These are the jobs where a deduction was applied.
Click Positive Payouts to see only the jobs that earned bonus, or Bonus Deductions to see only the ones that cost you. Click Total Earnings to go back to the full list.

Read the transactions list

Below the cards is the full list of jobs that make up your bonus. Each row shows:
  • Job Name — the job the bonus is tied to.
  • Date — when the job completed. If it hasn’t completed yet, you’ll see TBD.
  • Transaction Type — the amount this job added or subtracted, in green with a + when it added bonus, and in red when it took bonus away.
If nothing matches your current filters, the list shows No transactions match the selected filters — clear or change a filter to see your jobs again.
Jobs whose estimate has no labor hours — for example, materials-only or subcontracted work — don’t earn a bonus, positive or negative. There’s no labor budget to beat, so these jobs don’t appear in your Wallet and don’t add to your totals. They also don’t count toward your personal numbers on My Performance or the Crew leaderboard.
Use the controls just above the list to zero in on the jobs you care about.
  • Search by job name — type any part of a job’s name to find it.
  • Filter by date — choose All Time, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days.
  • Filter by type — choose All Transactions, Positive Only, or Negative Only. (This is the same control as clicking the cards up top.)
Filters stack. Pick Last 30 Days and Positive Only together to see just the bonus you earned in the past month.
When there’s more than one page of results, use Previous and Next page at the bottom right to move through them. The page counter (for example, Page 1 of 3) tells you where you are.

If you manage a team

Managers get one extra control and one extra column.
  • A Filter by user picker appears next to the search box. Pick a person on your branch to view their projected bonus and their job list instead of your own.
  • The list gains a User Name column so you can see who each job belongs to while you’re browsing across the team.
Leave the user picker empty to see your own Wallet. Choose someone to switch the whole page — cards, totals, and list — to that person’s standing.
