You don’t change any numbers here. The dashboard reflects work that’s already been recorded — completed jobs, sold estimates, customer reviews, and bonuses. Your job is to read it and use it.

The dashboard is your home page, so you’ll usually see it as soon as you sign in. If you’ve navigated elsewhere, choose Home from the main navigation to come back.

Read the greeting
The top of the page greets you by name — Hi, <your name>. Just below it sits everything else: the Overview and the Leaderboard.
Pick your view: Operations or Sales
If both views are turned on for you, a small dropdown in the top-right corner lets you switch between them:- Operations — your hands-on production numbers: jobs completed, hours saved, customer reviews, and bonus payout.
- Sales — your selling numbers: pipeline, closing ratio, average sale, and revenue.
The view you choose also changes the Leaderboard lower on the page, so an Operations view shows production rankings and a Sales view shows selling rankings.
The Overview
The Overview section is the band of metric cards near the top, with a chart on the left and summary cards on the right. Each card shows a headline number with a small up or down badge comparing it to the previous period — green for an increase, red for a decrease. The chart has a couple of controls of its own. A small toggle in its top-right corner (a bar-chart icon and a table icon) switches between the visual chart and the same numbers laid out as a table. Below the chart, the legend is interactive: select a series to focus on just that one and dim the rest, then select it again to bring everything back. Hover over or tap a bar to see its values in the line just above the chart.Choose what you’re looking at
A few controls sit just above the cards:- Person picker — if your role lets you view other people, this dropdown lets you choose whose numbers to show. It also offers a branch-wide option so you can see the whole branch’s totals instead of one person’s.
- Branch / Company — this toggle decides whether the numbers (and rankings) cover just your branch or the whole company. It appears when you’re viewing an individual’s figures.
- Period (Operations view) — switch the time window with the Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly toggle.
- Date range (Sales view) — instead of a period toggle, the Sales view gives you a date-range picker so you can set an exact start and end date.

- Total Hours Saved — the labor hours saved versus what was estimated.
- Bonus Payout — the bonus earned for the period, in dollars.
- My Reviews (or Branch Reviews when you’re viewing the whole branch) — the average customer star rating out of 5, the number of reviews in parentheses, and a review rate badge showing what share of jobs got a review.
Sales cards

- Pending Pipeline — the dollar value of opportunities still in play.
- Closing Ratio — the percentage of opportunities won, with a badge showing the sold / counted opportunity counts (it reads N/A when there were no opportunities to count).
- Average Sale — the average dollar value of a sold estimate.
- Total Sold — the total dollar value of everything sold in the period.
- Total Paid — the revenue that’s been closed and paid.
The Leaderboard
Scroll down to the Leaderboard to see how people rank against one another for the selected period and scope. It has two parts:- A podium highlighting the top performers.
- A table listing everyone, with your own row marked as You and pinned so it’s easy to find.
Operations rankings
The Operations leaderboard ranks on these columns:- AVG PRODUCTION — the value of all jobs divided by total job hours.
- AVG SAVINGS — total hours saved as a percentage of estimated labor hours.
- HOURLY KICK UP — total bonus divided by total hours worked.
Sales rankings
The Sales leaderboard ranks on these columns:- CLOSING RATIO — sold opportunities divided by counted opportunities.
- AVERAGE SALE — total revenue divided by the number of sold estimates.
- TOTAL SALES — the sum of all sold estimate values.
- REVENUE PER LEAD — total revenue divided by total leads.
When you set the scope to Company, the table adds a BRANCH column so you can see which branch each person belongs to. Each person’s number is added up across all the branches they work in.
