The Invoices page is your home base for every invoice in the branch. From here you can see what’s been billed, what’s still owed, and what’s overdue at a glance — then narrow the list down to the exact invoice you need with tabs, search, filters, and sortable columns.
This page shows invoices across all of your projects in one place, so you don’t have to open each project to find a bill.

Open the Invoices page

Go to Invoices from the main navigation. The page opens with the full list, the status tabs across the top, and a row of summary totals above it.

Read the summary totals

At the top of the page is a row of cards that sum up the branch’s billing at a glance:
  • Total Invoiced — the full amount billed.
  • Outstanding — money invoiced but not yet collected.
  • Total Collected — money that has come in.
  • Overdue — outstanding balances past their due date.
The summary cards double as quick filters. Click a card — for example Overdue — and the list below filters to just those invoices. Click the same card again to clear it.

Filter by status with the tabs

Just above the list is a set of tabs, each with a live count so you can see how many invoices sit in each state:
  • All — every invoice.
  • Draft — started but not yet sent.
  • Open — sent and awaiting payment.
  • Partially Paid — some payment received, a balance remains.
  • Paid — paid in full.
  • Voided — cancelled.
Click a tab to show only invoices in that state.

Search for an invoice

Use the search box above the list to jump straight to one invoice. Search by name or invoice number — start typing a client’s name or the invoice number and the list narrows as you type.
If you only know the invoice number, you can also use the Invoice ID field inside the filters panel to match it exactly.

Narrow the list with filters

Open the filters panel for finer control. You can combine any of these:
  • Client Name — show invoices for one client.
  • Invoice ID — match a specific invoice number.
  • Status — tick one or more states (Draft, Open, Paid, Voided, Partially Paid).
  • Created Date, Issued Date, Sent Date, Due Date — pick a date range for any of these.
  • Created By — show invoices raised by a particular team member.
Filters stack. Picking a client and a due-date range together shows only that client’s invoices due in that window. Clear a filter to widen the list again.

Make sense of the columns

Each invoice in the list shows:
Click a sortable column header to sort the list by it — for example, sort by Due Date to see what’s coming up first, or by Balance Due to surface the largest outstanding amounts. You can also sort by Subtotal or Tax. Click again to flip between ascending and descending.

Open an invoice

Click an invoice number (or choose View Invoice from its actions) to open the full detail view, where you can see line items, payment history, and the running balance.

Act on an invoice from the list

Every row has an actions menu (the three-dot button on the right). Depending on the invoice’s status, you’ll see options such as:
1

View Invoice

Open the full invoice detail.
2

Record Payment

Log a payment received against an open, partially paid, or draft invoice. Choosing it on a draft opens the invoice and asks you to confirm first, because recording a payment finalizes a draft.
3

Add Credit

Apply a credit to an open, partially paid, or draft invoice that still has a balance owed. As with a payment, adding a credit to a draft finalizes it, so you’ll confirm on the invoice first.
4

Void Invoice

Cancel an invoice that should no longer be collected.
5

Delete Invoice

Remove a draft that was never sent.
The menu only shows the actions that make sense for that invoice’s current status — a paid invoice won’t offer a payment option, and only an unsent draft can be deleted.
