The Organization page is where you set the core details for your company — its name, time zone, email, logo, and payroll ID. These settings shape how your company appears across the app and on the documents you send to customers, so it’s worth getting them right.
The Organization page is an admin setting. If you don’t see Settings in the navigation, or the Organization item isn’t listed, your role doesn’t include managing company settings. Ask an administrator to make changes for you.

Open the Organization page

1

Go to Settings

Open Settings from the navigation. You’ll land on the settings area with a sidebar of categories on the left.
2

Choose Organization

Under the General group, select Organization. This opens the page where you manage your company’s basic information.

Company Details

The Company Details section holds the settings that identify your company throughout the app and to your clients.
  • Company Name — Your company’s name as you want it to appear. This is the name shown across the app and on customer-facing documents, so enter it exactly as you’d like customers to see it. It’s required.
  • Timezone — The time zone your company operates in. This keeps dates, times, and scheduling consistent for everyone on your team. Choose from Los Angeles (Pacific), Denver (Mountain), Chicago (Central), or New York (Eastern). It’s required.
  • Email — Your company’s shared email address, such as an office inbox. The page describes it as the address “used for client-facing correspondences, including as the reply to address for event communications.” It’s optional.
Setting the right time zone up front keeps your calendar, scheduling, and timestamps accurate. If your team works across regions, pick the zone your main office runs on.

Who client replies go to

Every email Menaia sends to a client shows your Company Name as the sender. Where the client’s reply goes depends on who sent the email:
Use an inbox someone on your team checks every day for Email. Replies to automated notices, like schedule changes, land there.

Payroll

The Payroll section has a single optional field.
  • Organization Payroll ID — An identifier that links your company to your external payroll system. Leave it blank if you don’t connect to an outside payroll system. If you do, enter the identifier your payroll provider uses for your company.
The Organization Logo is your company’s image. Once set, it can appear on customer-facing documents and across the app to give everything a consistent, branded look.
1

Add a logo

In the Organization Logo panel, drag an image onto the upload area or click it to choose a file from your device. You can upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image, up to 20MB.
2

Replace a logo

When a logo is already set, choose Upload New to swap in a different image.
3

Remove a logo

To clear the current logo, choose Delete Image.
For the sharpest result, use a square image at the recommended size of 256 by 256 pixels. The logo uploads on its own — you don’t need to save the page for a logo change to take effect.

Save your changes

When you edit the Company Name, Timezone, Email, or Organization Payroll ID, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to apply them.
The Save Changes button stays inactive until you’ve actually changed something. Once you make an edit, it turns on. If a required field is empty — like the company name — you’ll see a prompt to fill it in before the page will save.
Logo changes are the exception: uploading or deleting a logo takes effect immediately and doesn’t depend on Save Changes.
