# Menaia pay

> Turn on Menaia Pay so your business can accept card and bank payments online, collect deposits, and keep invoices and payouts in sync — all from inside Menaia.

**Menaia Pay** is the built-in way to get paid inside Menaia. Once it's turned on, you can accept payments on your invoices, collect deposits, and add service fees — without leaving the app. Payments, fees, and payouts stay in sync with your invoices automatically, so your financial records stay accurate.

<Note>
  Setting up Menaia Pay is an **Admin** task. You'll find it in the **Integrations** area, which only Admins can open. Once it's active, anyone who works with invoices can collect payments through it when online payments are enabled for their branch.

## What Menaia Pay does for you

When Menaia Pay is active, your team can:

* **Accept payments anywhere** — customers pay online through a direct link on their invoice.
* **Collect deposits online** so jobs can start sooner.
* **Add a service fee** to cover payment-processing costs.
* **Speed up collection** and cut down on manual reconciliation.
* **Stay in sync with invoices** — every payment is matched to the right invoice for you.

And for your customers:

* Pay anytime from the link on their invoice.
* Pay **by card or by bank transfer**.
* Pay **several invoices at once**.

  Menaia Pay works hand in hand with your invoicing. Setting up your payment options and terms first means everything is ready the moment a customer goes to pay.

## Open Menaia Pay

    From the main navigation, open **Integrations**. This is the marketplace of apps you can connect to Menaia. (You'll only see it if you're an Admin.)

    In the marketplace, look under the **Payments** category — or type into the **Search apps** box. Click the **Menaia Pay** card to open its detail page.

## Turn it on

On the Menaia Pay page you'll see an **About this app** overview, the key benefits for you and your customers, and a **Get Started** panel on the right.

    The **Get Started** panel shows what to expect at a glance — it's **Free** to add, takes about **5 minutes** to set up, and comes with around-the-clock support.

    Click the **Connect Stripe** button in the **Get Started** panel. Setup creates a Stripe account for your business — or links the one you already have — and guides you through a quick, secure flow to activate payments. Payment processing, payouts, and compliance are all handled securely behind the scenes.

  <Step title="Confirm it's active">
    Once setup finishes, Menaia Pay is live. Payments will start flowing in and out, and transactions and payouts sync automatically so your numbers stay current.

<Note>
  Setup runs through **Stripe**, a trusted, secure payment partner that verifies your business details. Have your basic business and bank information handy so you can finish in one sitting.

## After it's connected

With Menaia Pay active, payment options become available on your invoices. From there you can fine-tune how customers pay and what they're charged:

* Decide which **payment methods** you accept and whether to offer financing.
* Set your **payment terms** so each invoice shows the right due date and expectations.

  Online payment collection is enabled **per branch**. If one of your branches can't collect payments after Menaia Pay is connected, reach out to Menaia to have online payments enabled for that branch.

<Tip>
  If a customer can't see a way to pay an invoice, check that your payment methods are turned on, that Menaia Pay still shows as active under **Integrations**, and that online payments are enabled for the invoice's branch.
