When a job is finished, Menaia works out a set of **Job Completion Metrics** for it. They're a quick, plain-English scorecard of how the job went: how long it took, whether the crew beat the estimate, what the team earned, and how the planned savings compared to what actually happened. The job review experience is currently being reworked, and the **Job Completion Metrics** card doesn't have a home in the app right now. Clicking a finished job from the **Jobs** list opens the client's project page, which doesn't show this card yet. This page explains what the metrics mean so you can read them once the card returns. Metrics are only calculated once a job is closed. While a job is still open or in progress, there's nothing to review yet. ## What the card shows ### The headline At the top of the card you'll see a short status line and the date the job was completed. The status line tells you, in words, whether the crew finished **ahead of schedule**, **behind schedule**, or **on schedule** — for example, "Completed 3 hours ahead of schedule." ### The four metrics Below the headline are four boxes: * **Total Hours** — the actual time spent on the project. * **Hours Saved** — how that actual time compared to the estimated time. A positive number means the crew came in ahead of schedule; a negative number means it ran over. * **Bonus Payout** — the team payout pool earned on the job. * **Plan Savings vs. Actual Savings** — two percentages side by side. **Plan Savings** is what the plan expected to save, and **Actual Savings** is what the job actually saved. Seeing them together tells you whether the job lived up to the plan. If a number isn't available for a job, that box shows **N/A** instead of a value. That's normal for jobs that closed without all the underlying details filled in. ### The up and down arrows Some values show a small arrow next to them. A green up arrow is a good result (for example, hours saved or a payout above zero). A red down arrow points out where a job came up short. For the savings boxes, the arrow on **Actual Savings** compares it against **Plan Savings**, so you can see at a glance whether the job beat or missed its target. The arrows are just a fast visual read — the numbers themselves are what matter. Use them to spot which jobs to look at more closely. ## What's next The plan is where a job's estimated hours and target savings come from — the same figures these metrics measure against.
