# Forms and checklists

> Fill out, save, edit, and remove the forms and checklists attached to a job — all from the Forms tab on the job's project page.

Many jobs come with forms and checklists your team needs to complete on site — things like a safety check, a job walkthrough, or a sign-off. You handle all of them from the **Forms** tab on the job's project page. Pick the form you need, fill it in, and save it. Everything you complete stays on the job so anyone with access can look it up later.

<Note>
  The forms themselves are built by Admins in Settings and assigned to branches, so the picker shows the active forms for your branch. If the list is empty, see [Forms](/guides/settings/forms) or ask an Admin to set one up.

## Review completed forms

Once a form is done, it appears as a card under **Completed Forms**. Each card shows the form's name, who completed it (**Created By**), and the **Date** it was filled in. If a job has many completed forms, use the page controls at the bottom to move between pages.
