# Win feed

> Read and post to your team's group feeds — share wins and updates, shout out teammates, react and comment, and check the leaderboard in Win groups.

Every **group** in your side navigation has its own feed — a running list of posts that everyone in the group can see, react to, and comment on. Each group has its own banner, its own members, and one of two types:

* **Win groups** are for celebrating good work — a closed sale, hours saved on a job, a badge someone unlocked, or a shout-out. They have a **leaderboard** beside the feed and a **Use AI** button that turns a real win into a written-up post.
* **Communication groups** are for everyday updates, questions, and discussion. They work the same way for posting, replying, and reacting, but they have no leaderboard and no **Use AI** button.

## Open a group feed

    Look under the **Groups** heading in the side navigation. Each group is one feed — you'll only see the groups you've been given access to.

    Click a group to open its feed. The group name appears at the top as a heading (for example, `#wall-of-wins`), with the group's description just beneath it.

## Read the feed

Posts appear newest-first under the group header. Each post shows who posted it, when, and the message — which may include a photo, a GIF, or a celebrated win. As you scroll, older posts load automatically.

* **No posts yet?** A new group shows **No posts yet** with a friendly nudge to *Share something with your team!* — be the first to post.
* **Replies** sit under a post in a thread and start collapsed to keep the feed tidy. If a post has replies, click **View replies** to open the thread and **Hide replies** to collapse it again.
* **React** to any post or comment with an emoji, and **add your own comment** by clicking **Reply** under a post to open the comment box.

## Post to the feed

The post box sits at the top of the feed, right under the banner. Its prompt depends on the group type:

* In a **Win group**: *🎉 Share a win, shout out a teammate....*
* In a **Communication group**: *Share an update, ask a question, or start a discussion...*

    Click the box and type whatever you want to share.

    Use **Gif** to search and drop in a GIF, or **Media** to attach a photo or file. On a phone, tap the **+** button to reach the same **Select Gif** and **Upload Media** options.

    Press **Post**. Your message appears at the top of the feed for everyone in the group.

  The **Post** button stays off until you've added something to share. Once your message (or attachment) is ready, it turns on.

### Celebrate a real win with AI

In a **Win group**, you'll see **Use AI** next to **Gif** and **Media** under the post box. On a phone, it's in the **+** menu. Communication groups don't have **Use AI**.

**Use AI** opens a short, guided **Create Win Post** flow that turns a real, logged win — a **New Sale**, **Job Hours Saved**, or a **Badge Unlocked** — into a ready-to-share, written-up celebration. You pick the win, add an optional note, and review the draft before it posts.

  In the win picker you can filter by **All Wins**, **New Sale**, **Job Hours Saved**, or **Badge Unlocked** to find the moment you want to celebrate.

## Check the leaderboard

Win groups have a leaderboard. It appears in a panel beside the feed on a wide screen. On a phone, tap **View Leaderboard** above the feed to open it. Communication groups don't have a leaderboard.

If the group tracks more than one kind of standing, use the dropdown at the top of the panel to switch between them. Your own row is highlighted so you can spot where you stand at a glance.

## Set the group banner

If you're an Admin, you can give a group its own banner — the image across the top of the feed.

    At the top of the feed, hover over the banner (or the empty banner placeholder on a new group).

  <Step title="Upload an image">
    Click **Upload New** and choose an image. It saves and refreshes in place, and you'll see a **Banner updated** confirmation.

  <Step title="Swap or remove it later">
    Hover the banner again to **Upload New** (replace it) or **Remove Image** to clear it.
  </Step>

  Only Admins can change the banner, see a group's member count, and edit or delete groups. If you don't see these controls, you have the standard member view — you can still post, react, and comment. See [Manage groups](/guides/earnings/manage-groups).
