The **Leaderboard** ranks the members of a win group against each other so everyone can see who's leading and where they stand. It lives right alongside the group's posts in the **Win feed**, and it updates as new results come in. You don't set anything up to appear on the leaderboard. As long as you're a member of a win group that has a leaderboard turned on, you're ranked automatically. ## Open the leaderboard The leaderboard always travels with a win group, so you start from the **Win feed**. Under **Groups** in the side navigation, open the Win group you want (Communication groups don't have a leaderboard). If your branch uses leaderboards, you'll land on the group's posts with the leaderboard attached. On a computer, the leaderboard sits in a panel on the right side of the group, next to the posts. On a phone, tap **View Leaderboard** at the top of the group to slide it up. If you don't see a leaderboard for a group, that group simply doesn't have one turned on. Not every win group is set up to rank its members. ## Read a leaderboard Each leaderboard is a single ranked list, best at the top. The card is titled with the kind of ranking it shows — for example, **Sales Leaderboard** — and every row is one person. ### What a row tells you Each row shows, left to right: * **Rank** — the person's position, shown in a circle. The top three get a gold, silver, and bronze treatment so the leaders stand out. * **Name and photo** — who the row belongs to. Your own row is labeled **You** and highlighted so you can spot yourself instantly. * **Score** — the number this leaderboard ranks on (see below). * **Movement** — for everyone outside the top three, a small green up-arrow or red down-arrow shows whether they climbed or slipped since the last update, and by how many spots. The top three don't show an arrow — their medal already says it all. Tap or hover the small info icon next to the leaderboard's title to see exactly how the score is calculated. ## Switch between Sales and Crew A group can rank on more than one thing. When it does, a dropdown above the list lets you switch between them. * **Sales** ranks on **revenue per lead** — total revenue divided by total leads. It's shown as a dollar amount, so a higher number means more value won per opportunity. * **Crew** ranks on **average time savings** — hours saved against estimated labor hours. It's shown as a percentage, so a higher number means more efficient work. If a group only ranks on one of these, there's no dropdown — you'll just see that single leaderboard. ## See the full standings By default the card shows the top ten. If the group has more members than that, a **See All** button at the bottom expands the list to everyone. Use **Show Less** to collapse it back to the top ten. An empty leaderboard that reads **No rankings yet** just means results haven't come in for this group and period yet. It'll fill in as work gets recorded. ## What's next The leaderboard lives inside your win groups. Head to the feed to celebrate wins and see what your group is posting.
